1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This document defines the policy of Yalta International Economic Forum Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) regarding personal data processing and enforcement of personal data protection requirements (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) in accordance with Article 18.1 of Federal Law 152 On Personal Data of the Russian Federation dd 27.07.2006.
2. BASIC CONCEPTS
2.1. The present Policy uses the following basic concepts:
2.1.1. Personal data - any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (owner of personal data);
2.1.2. Operator - state or municipal body, legal entity or individual who independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) processes personal data, determines the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.1.3. Personal data processing - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion or destruction of personal data;
2.1.4. Automated personal data processing - processing of personal data using computing technology;
2.1.5. Non-automated personal data processing - processing of personal data contained in the personal data information system or extracted from such a system, during which the use, clarification, dissemination, destruction of personal data of each of the owners of personal data is carried out with the direct human participation;
2.1.6. Processing of paper-based personal data - processing of personal data, including non-automated processing, carried out by the Foundation by recording the personal data of each of the owners of personal data on paper(s);
2.1.7. Use of personal data - the use of personal data to achieve the purposes of their processing;
2.1.8. Dissemination of personal data - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons;
2.1.9. Personal data provisioning - actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a group of persons;
2.1.10. Blocking of personal data - temporary termination of personal data processing (except when processing is necessary for personal data update);
2.1.11. Annulment of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to restore personal data in the personal data system and (or) as a result of which tangible media of personal data are destroyed;
2.1.12. Anonymization of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine the affinity of personal data with a specific personal data owner without using additional information;
2.1.13. Personal data system - a set of personal data contained in databases, as well as information technologies and technical means used for their processing;
2.1.14. Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a given state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PHILOSOPHY
3.1. The processing of personal data is allowed in the cases defined by federal law;
3.2. Processing of personal data is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined and legitimate goals. Processing of personal data that is not related to the purposes of personal data collection is prohibited. Personal data processing purposes:
- relationships between the users of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the owner and the operator of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/ - by the Foundation, for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of the agreement, as well as the relations of the user of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/ with other users of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/ (participants, speakers, volunteers and other persons who have access to the member area of web-site https://yalta-foum.com/).
3.3. Only personal data that meet the processing purposes are subject to processing.
3.4. The content and volume of personal data processed must correspond to the declared processing purposes. The processed personal data should not exceed the declared processing purposes.
3.5. Personal data accuracy must be guaranteed in the course of processing, as well as data sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance to the purposes of personal data processing. The Foundation must take the necessary measures or ensure their taking to delete or to update incomplete or inaccurate data.
3.6. Personal data storage method shall allow personal data owner identification, not longer than it is required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless the period of personal data storage is established by federal law, an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor.
4. PERSONAL DATA OWNERS AND SCOPE
4.1. The Foundation shall process the following personal data:
last name, first name, patronymic;
gender, date and place of birth;
registration and residence address;
place of work/study, photo;
5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Personal data processing may be done by the computing system using automation tools and without them, as well as in paper format.
5.2. Personal data processing is allowed in the following cases:
5.2.1. as authorized by the personal data owner;
5.2.2. for the performance of the contract to which the personal data owner is a party.
6. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER
6.1. The personal data owner is lawful:
6.1.1. to receive information from the Foundation regarding processing of one's own personal data;
6.1.2. to request the Foundation to update one's own personal data, block or annul them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided for by law to protect one's own rights;
6.1.3. to request the Foundation to stop personal data processing.
7. PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY
7.1. Information related to personal data, access to which is obtained by the Foundation in accordance with the procedure established by law, is subject to disclosure to third parties only in the cases specified in paragraph 3.2 of this policy.
7.2. Employees of the Foundation and other persons who have received access to personal data and process them are informed about possible disciplinary, administrative, civil and criminal liability in case of violation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in terms of personal data processing.
8. PERSONAL DATA SECURITY MEASURES
8.1. The Foundation takes the necessary and sufficient measures to ensure fulfillment of obligations provided for by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Personal Data and the legal acts adopted on their basis.
8.2. In particular, the Foundation takes the following measures to ensure personal data security:
an official responsible for the processing of personal data has been appointed;
other local acts have been approved establishing procedures aimed at prevention and detection of violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation related to personal data processing and elimination of consequences;
sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures have been taken to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provisioning and distribution, as well as against other illegal actions;
internal control is carried out for compliance of personal data processing with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation On Personal Data and legal acts adopted on the basis of personal data protection requirements, the given Policy and other local acts of the Foundation related to personal data processing;
the employees of the Foundation directly engaged in the personal data processing are familiarized with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, including personal data protection requirements, documents on the Foundation policy in the area of personal data processing, local acts on personal data processing, and (or) training of the employees in subject.
When saving (entering) user personal data in the Member Area of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/, the user voluntarily and in his own interests gives a consent to YIEF Foundation (legal address: 13 Kirova Ave., Simferopol), as well as to third parties (participants, speakers, volunteers and other persons who have access to the Member Area of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/) to process one's own personal data on the following terms:
personal data processing method - mixed;
the consent covers processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, date and place of birth, passport details (citizenship, series, number, issuing authority and issue date), registration and residence address, phone numbers (office/mobile), place of work/study, photo (biometric details), position.
Personal data processing goals:
to execute participation agreement in Yalta International Economic Forum held by YIEF Foundation, and/or to provide admission of users to the premises of Yalta International Economic Forum, as well as to regulate relations between the users of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/ (participants, speakers, volunteers and other persons who have access to the member area of web-site https://yalta-forum.com/);
to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Personal data processing includes: collection, recording, verification, systematization, accumulation, storage, update (modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and annulment.
Personal data may be transferred to third parties in the following manner:
under the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
as per the agreement (partner agreement, offer agreement, etc.) with the participation of the user or with the consent of the user.
User right to modify data
The data available to YIEF Foundation should be accurate and up-to-date. The user may request personal data modification by contacting the relevant person at YIEF Foundation by e-mail or phone. For the contact details, visit your Member Area at the YIEF Foundation web-site.
User right to delete data
A user may request personal data annulment by sending a written notification to YIEF Foundation following the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Once YIEF Foundation receives the request, it terminates personal data processing and annuls them within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt of the revocation of consent for the personal data processing or within the deadline provided for by current legislation, in the absence of consent revocation. Once YIEF Foundation receives the revocation of consent for the personal data processing, the participation agreement in Yalta International Economic Forum becomes invalid, as well as admittance to the premises of Yalta International Economic Forum.
Information that can be obtained from the user device when using the web-site
User device location (based on online data, mobile carrier data and GPS). Purpose: to inform the web-site user about the location of the venue of Yalta International Economic Forum and additional services available to the user based on the location.
Information about the operating system version and device model. Purpose: analysis of possible performance errors and web-site optimization.
IP-address and user access point. Purpose: to ensure user security when using the web-site.
Web-site usage data statistics, pages viewed, user actions.

YIEF Foundation uses appropriate physical, electronic and administrative procedures to ensure integrity and security of data collected through the web-site.
YIEF Foundation restricts access to the user personal information only to those employees, agents, contractors and other involved persons who need it to perform their duties. They may work with the user personal information solely in accordance with the instructions of YIEF Foundation and are to respect its confidentiality.
All inquiries related to privacy and personal data processing shall be transferred to a relevant employee to evaluate and look for solution. If an issue calls for a more detailed consideration, an employee may contact the user for more information. A detailed response shall be provided to the requests of such kind.
Conditions of use of Yalta International Economic Forum Foundation web-site materials
1. General provisions
1.1. The present conditions define the procedure for the use of information, news and other materials posted on https://yalta-forum.com/ web-site owned by Yalta International Economic Forum Foundation (hereinafter referred to as YIEF Foundation).
1.2. Any YIEF Foundation web-site materials are objects of copyright. The rights of YIEF Foundation for the given materials are protected by intellectual property rights.
1.3. The use of YIEF Foundation web-site materials is allowed only with the written consent of YIEF Foundation. Free-of-charge use of the materials is possible only in the cases expressly provided for in paragraphs 2.2.1 – - 2.2.3. of the abovementioned conditions.
1.4. The present conditions are applied to the following users: news agencies, electronic and printed media, individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as Users).
2. Use of materials. Types of use
2.1. The use of materials shall mean reproduction, distribution, public display, broadcasting, transfer by cable, translation, processing, making available to the public and other types of use provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
2.2. Use on a free-of-charge basis:
2.2.1. Any YIEF Foundation materials may be used without a written approval of YIEF Foundation and a free-of-charge basis also, provided the user is an individual, and such use is solely for personal purposes.
2.2.2. The use of information text content of the Foundation by religious and charity organizations, as well as educational institutions, on a free-of-charge basis is allowed only under a written permission of YIEF Foundation.
2.2.3. The news of the Foundation may be used by any Users without a written permission of the Foundation on a free-of-charge basis also provided it is not the main content of a product they are used in, i.e., in addition to the news of YIEF Foundation, the User resources have other content (authentic or obtained from other news resources not belonging to YIEF Foundation). In this case, upon each use of the news Users are to provide a reference of a link to the source or the web-site the materials were borrowed from.
2.2.4. Any amendments to the content of YIEF Foundation, as well as any processing is prohibited.
2.3. Other types of use:
2.3.1. Commercial use of the YIEF Foundation materials shall be based on written contracts.
2.3.2. It is prohibited to use any photos, images, videos, audio and other materials of the YIEF Foundation web-site, owned by YIEF Foundation and the third parties.
2.3.3. To use the content owned by YIEF Foundation and specified in clause 2.3.2. of the given conditions, Users are to obtain written permission (approval) of YIEF Foundation for the use of such content on a reimbursable basis.
2.3.4. It is not allowed to use the content of YIEF Foundation specified in clause 2.3.2. of the given rules, to the extent and for the purposes not provided for by the agreement between YIEF Foundation and a User, without a contract.
2.3.5. The cost of use of each specific material shall be agreed by the parties in each particular case.
2.3.6. To use the materials of YIEF Foundation specified in clause 2.3.2. of the given rules belonging to third parties, Users are to contact the relevant copyright holders.
3. Obligations of Users when using the materials
3.1. When using the materials of YIEF Foundation for any purpose other than personal, a link to the YIEF Foundation's website is mandatory:
3.1.1. Whenever the content of https://yalta-forum.com/ web-site is used in printed publications or in other forms on tangible media, Users are to indicate the source of the content.
3.1.2. Whenever the content of https://yalta-forum.com/ web-site is used in the Internet or in any other electronic form, Users are to place a reference of a link to the source web-site.
3.1.3. A reference or a link to a source specified in paragraphs 3.1.1 and 3.1.2. of the given rules must be placed by the User at the beginning of the text content used, and also right under the audio, video, photo or graphic material of the Foundation.
3.1.4. Materials of YIEF Foundation obtained from secondary sources may be used only with reference to the given sources.
3.2. When using the materials of YIEF Foundation, modification of the original text is not allowed. Abridgment of materials is allowed only if it does not lead to a distortion in meaning. In this case, Users shall be solely responsible the distortion of the meaning of the materials.
3.3. When using information and news materials of YIEF Foundation, Users should not indicate on their websites and in RSS newsletters the release time similar or preceeding the time of their release on the YIEF Foundation website.
4. YIEF Foundation reserves the right to amend the given rules unilaterally at any time without notifying the Users. Any amendments shall be posted on the YIEF Foundation web-site. The amendments come into force at the moment of publishing at the YIEF web-site.
5. Responsibility for the misuse of materials
5.1. Any illegal use of the YIEF Foundation web-site materials shall be seen as a violation of the YIEF Foundation rights and/or the rights of third parties and shall entail criminal, civil and other liability provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In the event of a claim against YIEF Foundation by any third party whose rights were violated by illegal actions of the User, or in case of instructions, warnings and other acts from authorized state authorities, involving YIEF Foundation in a lawsuit as a result of illegal actions of the User, the latter shall compensate YIEF Foundation for all losses caused thereby.

Offer Agreement offer for the provision of services on participation in the VI Yalta International Economic Forum (November 04-06, 2021, Yalta)
Yalta International Economic Forum Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR) hereby offers any individual or legal entity, private entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT) to conclude an Offer Agreement for the provision of services on participation in the VI Yalta International Economic Forum (November 04-06, 2021, Yalta) (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement).
1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.1. In compliance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, if the terms and conditions set out below are accepted and the services are paid for, a person accepting the given offer becomes the CLIENT (In compliance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the acceptance of the offer is equivalent to the conclusion of a contract under the terms set out in the offer).
Given the above, carefully read the text of the present Agreement and, if you do not agree with any of its clause, the CONTRACTOR offers you to refuse from any actions necessary for acceptance.
Payment for the Services offered by the CONTRACTOR shall serve as full and unconditional acceptance of the present offer.
1.2. Terms of participation in the Event - VI Yalta International Economic Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Event or Forum) - are specified in the Participation Packages available on web-site https://yalta-forum.com/participants/pravila-uchastiya/ which constitute an integral part of the Agreement.
1.3. When paying the amount of the selected Participation Package (hereinafter referred to as the Package), the CLIENT agrees to all the terms of the Package and has no further claims to the terms of the selected Package.
1.4. The present Agreement shall be deemed concluded and shall come into force for the Parties on the date of payment for the services by the CLIENT. 100% prepayment is envisaged. The payment date shall be the date of receipt of funds to the CONTRACTOR's settlement account.
1.5. To register on the web-site, the CLIENT must provide the following data:

2. SERVICES REMUNERATION:
2.1. Payment for the CONTRACTOR's services shall be effected in one of the following ways
to the CONTRACTOR's settlement account (for legal entities and private entrepreneurs);
using the CONTRACTOR's web-site functionality (payment page)(for individuals).
3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES:
3.1. Rights and obligations of the CLIENT:
3.1.1. The CLIENT shall pay for participation in the Forum in a timely manner.
3.1.2. The CLIENT shall independently and in a timely manner get to know the date, time, cost and terms of the Event, as well as with the changes in the above terms.
3.1.3. When making an Application (registration) for the provision of CONTRACTOR's services, fill in the mandatory fields (according to clause 1.5. of the present Agreement) on the Application page. Select an Event and provide reliable information.
3.1.4. Pay for the selected Event under the terms and at the cost of the relevant Package.
3.1.5. Immediately notify the CONTRACTOR of any changes in your contact details using the following e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.2. Rights and obligations of the CONTRACTOR:
3.2.1. The CONTRACTOR may request the CLIENT to provide other (additional) data about the Participant necessary for registration of participation.
3.2.2. The CONTRACTOR may modify the programme of the Forum.
3.2.3. The obligations of the CONTRACTOR shall be deemed fulfilled on November 6, 2021, at the moment of VI Yalta International Economic Forum end.
3.2.4. When making payments under the Contract, the CLIENT shall reimburse any commissions, including those charged by the bank for the given payments.
3.2.5. If the CONTRACTOR receives the CLIENT's refusal to participate in the Forum and/or if the CLIENT does not visit the Forum mentioned in this Agreement after the payment, the service shall be deemed to have been properly rendered and the funds paid to the CONTRACTOR shall not be subject to refund. EXCEPTION: funds are subject to refund if the CLIENT fails to pass a check by the CONTRACTOR's security service or the organization performing the check.
3.2.6. Other expenses actually incurred by the CLIENT in connection with participation in the Forum (airfare, accommodation, etc.) shall not be reimbursed by the CONTRACTOR if the CLIENT fails to pass the check by the CONTRACTOR's security service or the organization performing the check.
4. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES:
4.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise during the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved by the Parties through negotiations under the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The Parties shall be released from the liability for non-fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement (except for the matured obligation to pay for services) when it is not possible to fulfill obligations due to force majeure or an emergency which the Parties could not foresee or prevent, including situations when such circumstances (coronavirus infection prevention measures) emerge before and are in force upon conclusion of this Agreement. Force-majeure circumstances include: a war, a state of emergency, a high-alert regime, a ban of mass and other events in the Party's region, a fire, other accident, a natural disaster, a regional or national strike (lockout, boycott, blockade), epidemics, pandemics, measures aimed at prevention of coronavirus and other epidemics and pandemics on the territory of the Russian Federation and its regions, federal and regional legal acts (including decrees of the heads of regions, presidential decrees), entry (or already entered) into legal force of which makes it impossible to fulfill the Contract. If the above circumstances occur, the amount transferred by the CLIENT shall not be refunded by the CONTRACTOR.
4.3. In order to comply with the mandatory pre-trial dispute settlement procedure, the Parties agree to resolve all disputes related to the execution and/or non-execution of this Agreement by sending a claim signed by an authorized person to the Party violating the obligations under the Agreement. A dispute may be submitted for resolution to the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Crimea.
5. OTHER TERMS:
5.1. All information materials provided by the CONTRACTOR to the CLIENT during the Event, as well as photos and videos received by the CONTRACTOR during the Event, shall be deemed as the result of the intellectual activity of the CONTRACTOR.
5.2. The use of intellectual property without the written approval of the CONTRACTOR shall be viewed as a violation of the exclusive right of the CONTRACTOR, which entails liability in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.3. The Application (Registration) filled in by the CLIENT at the CONTRACTOR's web-site is an integral part of the present Agreement.
5.4. Accepting the Offer, the CLIENT agrees that the CONTRACTOR shall process the information and (or) personal data (hereinafter PD Processing) provided by the CLIENT in accordance with the current legislation. PD processing shall use/not use automation tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, update, extraction, use, transfer, provisioning, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, annulment of data in order to let the CONTRACTOR fulfill its obligations under the terms of this Agreement, other obligations stipulated by the Agreement, as well as to meet the requirements of regulatory acts on the prevention of money laundering. The term of use of the data provided by the CLIENT shall be indefinite.
5.5. Once the Forum is over, the Parties shall not sign Acceptance Acts for the rendered services. Payment for services by the CLIENT shall serve as a confirmation of provision of services by the CONTRACTOR and acceptance of services in full by the CLIENT.
5.6. As requested by the CLIENT, the CONTRACTOR may submit a Service Acceptance Certificate. In this case, the CLIENT shall sign the Service Acceptance Certificate or submit a reasoned refusal to sign it. If the CUSTOMER has not signed the Service Acceptance Certificate within 5 business days from the date of its receipt and has not submitted his objections to the CONTRACTOR within the same period, all the services specified in the Certificate shall be considered to have been rendered by the CONTRACTOR and accepted by the CLIENT. And the Certificate shall be considered to have been signed by the CLIENT (CONTRACTOR's version).
